Beware of hidden fees! I got hit with a pet fee of $38.50 for a furry friend I don't even own. After chasing down refunds for days, it felt more like a scavenger hunt than a stay.

The kids loved the indoor pool and the game room! We enjoyed the clean rooms and had fun exploring nearby parks. The breakfast was solid, we appreciated the variety and it fueled our adventures around Franklin.
